Return And Refund Policy

In addition to your legal rights, our goodwill return policy allows you a refund or exchange for products purchased online or in-store with proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase. Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging. The original shipping charge will not be refunded unless the item is defective or damaged. Cancel An Order

If you have placed an order on our website and wish to cancel it, please contact our Customer Service team at +447418359174 or as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, we may try to ask the couriers to return the items here, or you may refuse delivery when delivery is attempted.

Failed Deliveries

We ship all of our items with a Leave Safe service, which means they can be left with a neighbor or in a safe place if you’re not home. The courier will photograph the item and the place where it is left as proof of delivery. If this is a problem, please contact our Customer Services team at +447418359174 or before ordering so we can discuss alternative delivery options.

Couriers will attempt delivery a total of three times before returning the package to us. If the courier has been unable to deliver and there has been no safe place or neighbor to leave the package with, it will be returned to us and we will process a refund.

Pallet deliveries –

Items weighing 30kg or more will be delivered on a pallet. If you have to select a pallet delivery, please make sure someone is home to receive the pallet on the delivery date or there is a safe place to leave the pallet to avoid being returned to us. If there are any access issues (narrow roads, etc.) that will affect a truck delivering your order on a pallet, please let us know as soon as possible. Additional charges may be incurred if the delivery of a pallet fails due to the driver being unable to access it.

Returns and replacements
Defective Items:

Before returning a faulty item to us, please contact our Customer Service department at +447418359174 or We will normally ask you for a photograph of any damaged or faulty goods, but if necessary we may ask you to return the faulty item. If the item is faulty, we will repair or replace it as necessary.

We will not refund shipping charges for any item returned to us without confirmation from our Customer Service department.

Non-Defective Items:

If any item does not meet your expectations, you may return it to the mailing address below. It must be returned unused within 30 days of receiving your order. We recommend that you obtain proof of return from the carrier.
